A:Our office locates in Guangzhou. After you reach the airport,we'll pick you up,and we'll appreciate if you can inform us in advance.

A:40-60 days after deposit and drawing signed.

A:Usually, 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and 50% balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable!

A:We can arrange professional installation services upon request, ensuring a seamless experience for you.

A:Shop drawing will be send for final conformation before production, if we send wrong products , we will replace you with new ones.

A:We will pack with wood crate and tight inside the container, all glass are well packed to avoid damage.

A:Price is based on customer's specific requirements as below(detailed info will help us quote exact price to you):
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window & door dimensions, quantity and types;
2) Profile color and types(regular or thermal break);
3) Glass types(single/double/triple), thickness, and color(clear, tinted, reflective or Low-E, w or w/o Argon).

A:1) For the Aluminium Profiles ,10 years warranty for powder coating and 15 years for PVDF coating. Hardware and accessories depends on what brands you choose and working properly under correct operation(10 years warranty for German hardware).
2) Our factory will test all the products and comfirm they are good before shipment. However , we will provide replacement products or accessories by courier if for quality problems.
